In recent years many good artists and craftsmen have moved here creating a well-known art and cultural center. It has recently been chosen by the Government of Mexico to become one of the more than 20 Magical Towns of Mexico. This designation is awarded to a city with a unique historical, cultural and architectural significance. This Surfcamp offers 2 hours of yoga class or Pilates a day and 3 surf lessons a week, all meals (these being organic), hot stone massage, cooking classes, astronomical observation and even a dinner buffet with bonfires the beach last night. Accommodation is in a beachfront resort called Rancho Pescadero. Each suite opens to the outside with sliding doors where you can relax in hammocks or Balinese beds.
