Surf Solomons offers accommodation in Solwata Surf Camp on the island of Malaita, in the northern coast of the Solomon Islands. Its inhabitants are solwatas or "saltwater people" whose culture is based on knowledge of the ocean. Solomon Islands is one of the 10 countries with the highest biodiversity in the world. Its marine biodiversity leads many call it the "Amazon of the sea".

The surf season in the Solomon Islands is from October to April. No other surfers in the area and Surf Solomons group will be the only surf the area. There are more than a dozen left and right breaks to suit all levels of surfing. They are accessed aboard a boat surfing. The waves are 2 to 6 feet and sometimes can be larger. It is a rare day that is not a great wave to surf. Solwata Surf Camp is located in a beautiful lake bordered by mountains and coral reefs. Rooms are shared between 1-3 people. They feature outdoor showers with mountain spring water and chill-out area with hammocks. In the villages there are no roads, no telephones, no malls, sometimes even electricity.
